About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and compliance of the service. You will play a key role in driving quality, supporting your team, and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care that enables them to live independently in their own homes.

You will work closely with operational and support teams to maintain high standards, achieve growth targets, and create a positive culture for both clients and employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals

  • Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manage care delivery, rota efficiency, and service performance

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders

  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational targets

  • Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence


About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced within domiciliary or community care management

  • A confident and inspiring leader

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client care

  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

  • Knowledgeable in CQC regulations and compliance requirements

  • Experienced in managing teams and driving performance

  • Committed to maintaining high standards and positive outcomes

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care

  • Must be eligible to hold and maintain CQC Registration as the Registered Manager

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

  • Experience managing a growing domiciliary care service
