About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and compliance of the service. You will play a key role in driving quality, supporting your team, and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care that enables them to live independently in their own homes.
You will work closely with operational and support teams to maintain high standards, achieve growth targets, and create a positive culture for both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals

Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Manage care delivery, rota efficiency, and service performance

Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff

Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational targets

Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced within domiciliary or community care management

A confident and inspiring leader

Passionate about delivering exceptional client care

Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Knowledgeable in CQC regulations and compliance requirements

Experienced in managing teams and driving performance

Committed to maintaining high standards and positive outcomes
Essential Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care
-
Must be eligible to hold and maintain CQC Registration as the Registered Manager

Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Full UK driving licence

Right to work in the UK
