Join Trinity Homecare as a Care Assistant and help people continue living safely and independently in their own homes.
We're looking for caring, reliable people across Worcester Park, Epsom, Sutton, Banstead and the surrounding areas to join our local care team.
This is a visiting care role, so you'll need a full UK driving licence, your own car and be comfortable travelling between local areas to support our clients.
When we need you
We're looking for Care Assistants who can offer:

Weekday availability across mornings and/or evenings

Alternate weekends – both Saturday and Sunday

Flexibility to travel between clients across our service area

Your pay

Weekdays (Monday–Friday): £13.80–£15.00 per hour

Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): £14.80–£16.00 per hour

Travel time between clients: £13.80 per hour

Where you'll work
Although this vacancy covers Worcester Park, Epsom, Sutton and Banstead, you won't necessarily work within just one town.
Our Care Assistants visit clients across the wider local area, so you'll need to be comfortable driving between locations depending on where care is needed.
We'll discuss the areas we currently need support in, the travel involved and how this fits with your availability during the recruitment process.
What you'll be doing
You'll visit clients in their own homes and provide personalised support that helps them remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.
Your visits could include:

Companionship and conversation

Personal care and helping clients get ready for their day

Preparing meals and supporting with medication

Shopping and light household tasks
-
Accompanying clients to appointments or activities

Encouraging independence and wellbeing

Following individual care plans and recording the support you provide
Every client is different, and you'll get to know the people you support, their routines and what's important to them.
What we're looking for
Previous care experience is welcome, but it isn't essential. We'll provide the training and support you need.
You'll need to be:

Caring, patient and compassionate

Reliable and comfortable working independently

A good communicator

Available during the week and on alternate weekends

Comfortable travelling between local areas to support clients

A full UK driving licence holder with access to your own car
