IT Support Engineer – Hybrid Working between Leatherhead, Our Regional Branches and Home - £40k-£45k per annum, dependent on skills and experience. (We are moving to Leatherhead, Surrey towards the end of the year)

What will the role involve? As an IT Support Engineer, Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to technical problems logged by internal staff via a ticket system. Support all entities across the business (9 brands) with multiple sites based within the south of the UK both remotely and in person.
- Manage the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, and applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
- Utilise your expertise in the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, ENTRA, conditional access, and Intune.
- Support IT projects, such as cybersecurity initiatives, hardware replacement/upgrades, and the integration of new technologies.
- Acting as an on-site contact for IT-related incidents logged through our outsourced IT support provider and service desk ticket system.
- Managing tickets for new starter IT kit, movers, leavers and returning kit (laptop, desktops, mobile phones)
Who are we looking for? You may have a variety of the below;
- Proficient IT support experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, ENTRA, conditional access, and Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft security compliance and defender.
- Ability to provide hardware and software support.
- Experience with network infrastructure.
- Passion for IT systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
