As our Registered Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission, leading and motivating a team to deliver the highest standards of care. You will play a strategic role, analysing performance, spotting trends, and providing essential updates to senior management and the Board. What will the role involve? It’ll involve;
- Care and Quality: Ensure exceptional quality care while meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Business Growth: Strategically develop the business, focusing on private pay opportunities and strengthening referral relationships.
- Compliance: Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Staff Management: Supervise staff performance through appraisals, meetings, and spot checks.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients and their families to meet their needs.
Who are we looking for? You may have a variety of the below
- CQC Regulation Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and previous involvement in CQC inspections.
- Business Development: Demonstrable success in increasing business growth through client acquisition and strategic business development.
- Leadership: Supportive leadership style with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicting and competing priorities.
- Multidisciplinary Experience: Experience working across multiple disciplines within the healthcare sector.
