At Trinity Homecare Group, we’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Quality Assurance & Compliance Lead to strengthen our governance, uphold regulatory compliance, and help us deliver exceptional care across our services.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a central figure in our quality and governance framework, responsible for ensuring our services meet—and exceed—regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
Quality & Compliance Leadership
- Ensuring organisation-wide compliance with CQC, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Conducting internal audits and compliance checks with clear reporting to leadership.
- Supporting CQC inspection readiness and action planning.
Data, Insight & Governance
- Analysing quality trends, identifying risk areas, and producing meaningful insights.
- Preparing materials for governance meetings and managing follow-up actions.
- Tracking lessons learned and ensuring corrective actions are embedded.
Policies & Continuous Improvement
- Reviewing, developing, and maintaining policies and SOPs.
- Leading quality improvement projects in collaboration with operational teams.
- Promoting a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
You will excel in this role if you are detail-driven, organised, and passionate about delivering excellence in adult social care. We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong knowledge of adult social care regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in audits, quality assurance, or compliance roles.
- Confidence in risk assessment, data analysis, and trend identification.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
