Client Services Advisor (Weekends)

Trinity Homecare is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Advisor to join our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing empathetic, professional support and helping them navigate their care journey.
About the Role
This fast-paced role will see you handle enquiries, build strong relationships, and ensure clients receive accurate information and excellent service. You’ll also support the onboarding of new clients, contribute to growth targets, and work closely with teams across the business.
- Full-time hybrid role
- 5 days per week, working Saturday - Wednesday (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and CRM.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients with tailored follow-up.
- Support service delivery by collaborating with internal teams.
- Log all interactions accurately and maintain GDPR compliance.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services.
- Contribute to team KPIs and continuous improvement efforts.
