Head of Marketing
Salary of £80,000- £85,000 per annum, plus benefits - depending on experience
Location: Currently Hybrid, with travel to group locations across the South of England. 3 days in office / 2 at home.
We are seeking a dynamic, tenacious and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth in the competitive UK homecare market, positioning it as the leader in the provision of high-quality homecare.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing and developing brands, building and leading high-performing teams, achieving measurable results that contribute to client acquisition, client retention and business growth.
The Head of Marketing role has four critical dimensions:

The postholder is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and is a key player in helping to shape and grow the business. The group is a fast-moving organisation that requires committed, driven and tenacious team members. The postholder has strategic vision with aptitude for high performance and delivery.
