About The Role

Senior Marketing Manager – Worcester Park / Hybrid - £50-60k per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

What will the role involve as a Senior Marketing Manager?

  • Increase brand awareness and enhance local presence.
  • Upskill branch managers to take ownership of their business.
  • Implement and drive the business development plan.
  • Deliver webinars, seminars, and other promotional activities.
  • Generate leads and SQLs through focused activity.
  • Build and manage our CRM database.
  • Involve stakeholders, charities, and home care providers to support our branches.

Who are we looking for? We're seeking individuals who will have a variety of the below;

Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Group Marketing Director to create and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and articles, to educate and engage our audience.

Campaign Management: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, aligning with business goals and budget.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics tools to measure and optimise marketing efforts, reporting key performance indicators to the executive team.

Partnership and Vendor Management: Work with external partners, agencies, and vendors to achieve marketing objectives.

Email Marketing and Branding: Run content marketing for the company, with crossover into digital marketing, ensuring robust email marketing and branding strategies.
