At Trinity Homecare, we're looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support people in Bexhill-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
You'll be joining our established Eastbourne branch, rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and helping clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
As part of this role, you'll travel between clients' homes across Bexhill-on-Sea and surrounding areas, so having your own car is essential.
You don't need previous care experience to join us. If you have the right attitude and a genuine interest in helping people, we'll support you in developing the skills you need.
Competitive Pay and Benefits
Our Pay Rates

Weekdays: £13.80–£15.00 per hour

Weekends: £14.80–£16.00 per hour

Bank Holidays: Double pay

Travel Time: Paid at £13.80 per hour

Mileage: 45p per mile
Pay rates depend on the applicable pay band.

What Does a Care Assistant Do?
As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients with everyday activities that help them remain independent and enjoy life at home.
This may include:

Assisting with washing, dressing and personal care

Offering companionship, conversation and emotional support
-
Preparing meals and supporting nutrition
-
Assisting with medication in accordance with care plans and training
-
Supporting shopping, light household duties and daily routines
-
Helping clients maintain their confidence and independence

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential.
