Trinity Homecare is looking for friendly, compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support people living in Seaford and surrounding areas.
You'll be part of our Eastbourne branch team, rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As a Care Assistant, you'll help people remain independent in their own homes, providing the care, companionship and everyday support that makes a genuine difference to their lives.
You'll be required to travel between clients' homes across Seaford and surrounding areas, providing care and support wherever it's needed within our local service area.

What We Offer
Competitive Hourly Pay

Weekdays: £13.80–£15.00 per hour

Pay rates depend on the applicable pay band.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll visit clients in their homes and provide personalised support based on their individual needs.
Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting with personal care, washing and dressing

Helping clients prepare meals and maintain good nutrition

Providing companionship and emotional reassurance

Assisting with medication in line with care plans and training

Supporting shopping, light housework and everyday activities

Helping clients maintain their independence and confidence
You'll play an important role in helping people remain comfortable, safe and happy in familiar surroundings.

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

Willingness and ability to travel to clients across Seaford and surrounding areas

Availability to work alternate weekends

Appropriate business-use motor insurance
Previous care experience is not essential.
